Les 3 Tilleuls offers two spacious, bright and comfortable suites, Watermael and Boitfort, designed to accommodate 2 to 4 guests in a peaceful, leafy setting in La Rochelle.
Both suites are located on the first floor. Each has a separate bedroom and private sitting room, an en-suite shower room and practical amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Each suite can accommodate between 1 and 4 guests. The different options shown in the search are only used to automatically apply the correct rate for the number of guests.
Your choice of suite is treated as a preference. We will always do our utmost to honour it, subject to availability and the way bookings are scheduled.

The name Watermael refers to a district of Brussels. It was on the highest point overlooking the district that the three lime trees which inspired the name of our guest house once stood.
This self-contained suite, with a separate bedroom and private sitting room, carries that story through in a soft, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The name Boitfort echoes the neighbouring district of Watermael in Brussels. The three lime trees once stood on the plateau between the two districts, a landmark that plays an important part in the history of the house.
With its warm atmosphere and décor featuring British touches, this suite reflects a blend of elegance and garden-inspired charm.
The Watermael and Boitfort suites include everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay, with a separate sleeping area, a private sitting room, an en-suite shower room and a range of useful everyday amenities.
We believe the best way to start the day is with a good breakfast.
Our breakfasts vary according to the seasons and our inspiration, using local and/or organic produce whenever available. Most of our pastries and jams are homemade.
We also take guests’ allergies and dietary requirements into account, for example by offering gluten-free breakfasts.
